autory vcs workbook update

Usage:  [OPTIONS] WORKBOOK_PATH INPUT_PATH

  Update a workbook from VCS data.

  WORKBOOK_PATH: Path to the workbook that should be updated.

  INPUT_PATH: A path to a directory or zip file containing:
      - `workbook.json`
      - `tables.json` or `tables.deployable.json`

Options:
  --help  Show this message and exit.
